WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE PROJECT?

The payment is made before receiving the proposals of the designer, after filling out the questionnaire you can proceed immediately or wait for the call from our team that will tell you everything about our service.

WHEN WILL YOU REFUND ME THE COST OF THE PACKAGE?

If you buy your furniture from us, for a minimum cost (different for each package) the cost of the project will be deducted from the total amount of your purchase order.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO TAKE MEASURES?

For only additional 50 euros, an architect from our network will be available to inspect and photograph your space. Our team will contact you to arrange an appointment.

WHEN WILL I HAVE THE FIRST PROPOSALS?

Within the first 5 working days.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO REALIZE THE PROJECT?

We will provide you with the list of selected products and you will decide whether you want to make it yourself or trust us.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

You can pay by credit card, paypal, satispay or bank transfer.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE PROJECT?

During the reviews you have the opportunity to review your project to arrive at the solution that best suits you.

HOW DO I HANDLE THE PRACTICE OF TAX DEDUCTION?

Thanks to our network of accountants we guarantee you the best price on the market and we manage with them all the necessary steps to ensure the maximum possible refund on the purchase of your furniture (for a minimum charge of 10,000 euros, 50% of your purchase can be deducted thanks to the furniture and appliances bonus).

WHEN THEY PICK OUT MY FURNITURE?

From the moment you place your order, it will take about 30 days before all your products arrive at our warehouse. We will contact you to define the day you prefer, so that we can deliver and assemble your furniture in one day.

WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE THE FURNITURE AND I WANT TO VALUE IT?

You will need photographs of the furniture you already own and our designers will find for you the best solutions to enhance and contextualise them together with the new elements.
